That means the products we advise you on (loans, mortgages, insurance etc) are all regulated and approved by the FSA*. That means you as the customer are protected against unfair or unprofessional practices.
Most businesses in the UK that offer credit or lend money to consumers need to be licensed by the Office of Fair Trading (The Consumer Credit Act 1974). Our license number is: 624748.
*commercial mortgages are not regulated by the FSA.

Our Fees
Our typical fee for arranging your mortgage is £299, however depending on your circumstances, a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount may be charged. We do not charge a fee for arranging insurance, we are paid a commission by the provider. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any of the fees relating to a particular insurance policy.
